News bulletin…I have just started Invisalign treatment! You may be wondering how and why I came to this decision. My story is just like the stories I hear from my patients: I saw some photographs of myself and noticed that as I have gotten older my teeth have shifted. As a young adult I had braces, but did not wear my retainers every night, even though I knew better. All of my patients will hear me say, "If you want your teeth to stay straight you must wear your retainers nightly or have a retainer glued (bonded) onto your teeth." So…what’s the lesson? Practice what I preach. LOL
